Terms & Conditions

Tour Payments

We do not require any pre-payment for the daily city tours. A deposit of 30% of total payment is required upon reservation only for multiple day tours and round trips. We accept payments through bank wire transfer or Paypal. We will ask you e-mail the payment receipt to us. You make the balance payment to your guide when you arrive to the destination. Delightful Istanbul Tours reserves the right to cancel any booking where the documents have not been received and apply the appropriate cancellation fees.

Tour booking

When you send us a tour booking request mail, we will confirm it after receiving the deposit (if necessary.) Then our representative will send you a booking confirmation mail including with the tour itinerary and other details that required. As long as you don't inform us with a booking cancellation, we will keep your reservation on our system.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in a written -e mail to Delightful Istanbul Tours. We will keep your reservation until you send us cancellation mail and request. Delightful Istanbul Tours doesn't take any responsibiliy for cancellations of airfare, hotel reservations or other extra services already booked from another company has been made directly by the client. If you cancel your round trip after making the deposit payment, we can send you only 50% of your deposit payment with the cancellation made in the last 30 (thirty) days prior to the tour.

 

Privacy Policy

Delightful Istanbul Tours representative may ask your passport details for your hotel reservations or domestic flight ticket purchase. We'd like to inform our clients that we don't share your personal informations as your passport numbers or other documents with the third person.
